What is SnapSong?
SnapSong is an app for iPhone and iPad that turns a photo into an original song with lyrics, melody and vocals. Pick a photo, and the app creates a unique song inspired by it in minutes.
Do I need to write a prompt or understand music?
No. Choosing a photo is the only required step. You can optionally add a name, feeling, memory or music style for more creative direction.
Can I try SnapSong for free?
Yes. SnapSong is free to download and try. SnapSong Pro unlocks more creation, full song playback, downloads, faster generation and two versions per photo.
How long does a song take?
Most songs are ready in a few minutes. You can follow the progress through Live Activity and Dynamic Island while you use your iPhone.
What happens to my photo?
The selected photo is sent to OpenAI for visual analysis only when you start generation. Suno receives the derived lyrics, title and style, never the photo. Your library stays local to your device. See the privacy policy for full details.
